After installing citrix, you are prompted to either run or save "Launch.ICA"

This issue is caused by an upgrade of your PC's Internet Explorer browser, going from version 10 to version 11.

 

Here's the fix:

 

Navigate to the https://go.vospro.net website. In the upper right hand corner of your screen, on the browser itself, you will see a little gear or cog (also known as settings) next to a star and what appears to be a house. (also known as your favorites and home page shortcuts). Select the gear and then select "Compatability View Settings". You will then see that "vospro.net" is highlighted in the upper field and to the right of it you will see an "add" button. Press the "Add" button. You will then notice that the vospro.net has added itself into the lower field. (also known as Compatablility view list) Once you've added vospro.net into the compatability view list, you will then need to close out of all Internet Explorer windows and then reopen them.

 

Once you've completed these steps, you can then log in and your apps will now launch without any download requests.
