The VOS™ Web Mail Portal enables you to gain access to your Outlook email messages, calendars, contacts, tasks, and public folders from any computer with an Internet connection and a Web browser.

If you are using a computer that does not have the VOS™ client installed, this is a means of quickly access Outlook without installing any programs.

To access your email from anyplace you have an Internet connection (like at home) open a web browser and type

Click on the radio button stating "This is a private computer"

Uncheck the box (if possible) that says "Use light version of Outlook Web App"

In the Email Username field enter your Exchange/VOS username.

Example: John Smith with Sample company would be JSmith@sample

In the Password field enter your Exchange/VOS password then click the Log On button.

Once you have logged on to the system your mailbox will appear in the web browser. The web version looks and runs very much like the Outlook that installs as part of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Remember to logout when finished to prevent others from accessing your account.  If you forget, the system will automatically log you out after 10 minutes of inactivity.
