Unable to save files to USB flash drive; unable to find external USB drive

VOS™ is configured to make login as fast as possible which required disabling Floppy Drive access (typically drive A:).  The system does not distinguish USB flash drives from floppy drives which is why USB flash drive letters do not appear in VOS™.

You will need to download a utility from Citrix: USB flash drives

C:\CitrixUSBStore\Drive_X,  X: is the USB drive letter assigned to the USB key by the client operating system.


ave the file(s) to your local C: drive then use Windows Explorer or other file manager located on the system to copy the files to the USB flash drive.
